I can proudly annouce, that the debut album is finally ready and it's sounding very good.
That album is called THESE THINGS TAKE TIME and it's gonna be released next autumn.

Calm before the Storm

Okay...now it's really close. I'm talking about few days of recording and fixing vocals. The mixing won't take long, because we have done it quite much "on the run".

I'm sure we're gonna get album fully ready this year. That's the final deadline.

Album nearly recorded / Old songs@ myspace

Our debut album is nearly recorded! Few song are still in instrumental stage, but while Jami puts the words together and clears his throat, you can expect the roecordings to be finished within month or two. Then come the mixing and mastering part.

I put some old dirty things on our MYSPACE-site. Don't take the Magnitogorsk (Moomin remix) too seriously!

I think there's gona be some new material online soon!

Going Sgt. Peppers style!

We decided to make it the hard way. We have now recorded some trumpets & accordion (played bv Juha) and one saxophone solo by Veli-Pekka "Veppis" Parkkinen. V-P is part of the famous Astro Can Caravan.

The album still sounds good, even thought Jami has tried to ruin it by singing. Seriously talking: the vocals gonna be much more professional than before. Jami has done some good work with lots of good ideas and melodies.

If I would have to make a statement about the releasing date of the album, I would probably say "before next april". The album will be finished at this year, that's for sure. But we need contracts!!

Growling bass on tape!

Aku has finished his job! We've got some extra punishing bass tracks ready to tear your audio equipment apart. Seriously talking, Aku did some excellent job with lot of new bass lines and ideas. You should hear this!

For now we have:

1) All the drums
2) All the basses
3) 71,9 % of guitars
4) 14 % of synths
5) 17 % vocals

But it already sounds better than the shit they're playing in finnish radio!

We have very optimistic feeling about the record and we think that the long time we'll spend on recording will be rewarded. The Songs have gone thru some serious changes and sound lot better now. I pretty sure, that someone's going to be interested in our album soon...

Soon you'll get some pictures from the new rehearsal house / project studio which is located in old slaughterhouse in Keljo / JKL. We also say welcome to our sister band Apocalypse Cabaret for we are sharing the same space for now on.
